Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive a service culture, and execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team, adapt to change, and lead through the change-curve.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and budgets to support scheduling and payroll goals.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on findings.
• Lead training, feedback, performance reviews, and development plans for associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and dress code and maintain inventory controls.
