Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory, payroll budgets, and merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team to drive top-line sales and store performance.
• Manage operations including planograms, inventory lifecycle, audits, and loss prevention.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff, ensuring a diverse, inclusive team.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
