Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Corona, CA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead the store through a mission-driven approach, driving top-line sales, optimal inventory, and compliant operations. You will coach a team of Task Associates, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure guest engagement and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to drive top-line sales, interpret reports, and manage payroll budgets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team to achieve sales goals and service standards.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory, pricing updates, and omnichannel tasks.
• Ensure policy compliance, loss prevention, and attendance adherence.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback.
