Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Forecast and adjust staffing to maximize productivity and meet payroll budgets.
• Analyze financial and operational reports and respond to results.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives and product demonstrations to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Oversee scheduling, replenishment, markdowns, and price changes.
