Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures to ensure brand standards.
• Manage inventory levels, audits, and stock replenishment decisions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Coach and develop associates, provide feedback, and support a positive work environment.
• Ensure pet care standards and a safe, clean store environment.
