Job summary

The anticipated hourly range is $25.25–$27.78, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) plan. PTO accrues up to 152 hours annually, plus paid holidays and sick time as allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to coach associates.
• Ability to train and develop staff across store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking/sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert and model Great Place To Work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.
