Systems knowledge and exposure a plus (POS, Word, Excel)

BOH/Service Hub Operations: Maintain stock room, ensure cleanliness, follow safety standards, manage cash office and service hub readiness, drive cashier execution and efficiency.
Merchandise Handling: Process inbound freight within 24 hours, replenish floor stock, manage returns, and oversee transfers across channels.
People Leadership: Lead operation reps, assign daily tasks, train staff, support growth, and address average day concerns.
