The position requires a 2-year associates degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and leadership skills to drive store performance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience desired in store operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Demonstrated capacity for collaborative work in a retail environment with diverse customers and staff.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Systems knowledge and exposure a plus (POS, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• BOH/Service Hub Operations: maintain a clean, organized stock room and cash wrap; oversee shipment receiving, returns processing, transfers, and omni operations.
• Drive productivity standards and coach for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Total store accountability: drive sales, service engagement, and daily task execution as Leader on Duty.
• Manage inbound freight processing and replenish stock to the floor; oversee returns and transfers per SOP.
• Execute omni channel tasks including FES orders, phone management, and RIOs.
• Assist in hiring decisions and support staffing and scheduling as needed.
