Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Retail Operator Lead to ensure efficient operation of micro-markets, coffee bars, and office dining areas. You will manage product gathering, stocking, and service while handling inventory and quality control across sites.

You will schedule the retail team, conduct daily huddles, maintain food safety standards, answer inquiries, and coordinate deliveries, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills to interact with client associates.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work to a retail team and oversees task completion.
• Oversee or delegate responsibilities within the Retail Sales operation.
• Conduct daily shift huddles and communicate operational priorities.
• Visit multiple locations to maintain organized spaces and proper inventory storage with food safety compliance.
• Interact with clients and customers about offerings and gather product feedback.
• Uphold standards of operation per policy and applicable regulations; ensure quality-controlled, appealing service.
• Coordinate administrative tasks.
• Drive deliveries (location varies).
