Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates on merchandise handling and presentation.
• Oversee store merchandising and inventory management, including audits and stock replenishment.
• Open and/or close the store and supervise associates during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer and pet-parent experiences, including online orders and in-store pickup.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and handle cash with accuracy.
