Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Word and Excel; ability to read financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotions and merchandise displays.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Plan work schedules for associates.
• Monitor inventory and reorder merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with security and recordkeeping procedures.
• Address, problem-solve, and resolve customer complaints.
• Open/close the store and manage payroll budgeting with corporate.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, assume duties for daily operations.
• May operate forklift; forklift certification may be required.
• Propane duties may be required and certification obtained on the job.
• Perform daily cleaning and other duties as needed.
