Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Ability to respond to changes quickly and coach others.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead by example.
• Ensure store tasks align with the plan and adjust as needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance.
• Support training and labor planning with management.
