Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or related customer-facing role preferred
• 6 months leadership experience or potential for supervisory tasks
• Ability to respond to changing directions and prioritize tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when required and uphold store policies
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and store standards
• Ensure accurate coverage in service areas to deliver a positive customer experience
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and safety practices
