Qualifications

• Two+ years in specialty retail with emphasis on store operations or visual merchandising.
• Professionalism, work ethic, integrity and respect for others.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on exceptional service and sales growth.
• Educator/coach to inspire team members based on strengths.
• Organized, strategic, able to make independent decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communicator of business information and brand initiatives.
• Comfort with climbing ladders, standing long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a hospitality culture through outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide meaningful service to promote products and brand relationships.
• Meet sales/service metrics via clientelling, outreach and events.
• Partner with the Manager to lead operations and team ownership.
• Plan floor sets, displays, recalls, markdowns and interior marketing.
• Train and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with scheduling and prioritization.
• Stay informed on trends and business drivers to grow sales and meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Maintain positive relationships to support a productive work environment.
