You’ll collaborate with management, coach staff, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to merchandising and presentation, while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical abilities required.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Supervise store crew and work with store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information effectively between management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding policy.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to improve customer service.
• Price, stock and present weekly and seasonal merchandise; maintain displays.
