Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3+ years retail leadership experience desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and develop staff.
• Proficiency with POS systems, MS Office, and basic tech.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, payroll budgets, and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; manage inventory life cycle.
