Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver top-line sales growth for the store. You will oversee Task Associates and Merchandise Manager, manage realignments, planograms, and inventory life cycle processes, and ensure operational excellence across performance, people, and process.

The role emphasizes talent acquisition, training, coaching, and development, along with strong execution of store standards and guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team; lead and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Lead staffing, development, and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.
