Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Retail Operations in Georgetown to help implement and standardize store processes across budgeting, reporting, and inventory control. • 2-3 years experience in retail operations and retail management.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results.
• Motivated to get results, and maintain the most accurate inventory possible.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Strong working knowledge of excel and google.
• The skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
• High attention to detail, a proactive sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards in the store and standardize processes.
• Support budget management and internal reporting for the store location.
• Roll up sleeves to drive implementation and act as change agent.
• Develop framework with leadership to tackle complex business problems.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and operations reporting.
• Maintain SOPs and supervise inventory moves, transfers, and adjustments.
• Run variance reports and support annual inventories.
• Oversee regular inventory counts and shrink prevention efforts.
• Provide training to maintain efficient operations competencies in-store.
