Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks in accordance with store plan and priorities.
• Provides coaching to Associates and addresses customer service issues.
• Maintains opening/closing procedures per guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and Associates.
