Job summary

Dynamite at Woodfield Mall is hiring an Operations Associate, part-time, to support daily store operations, keep stockrooms organized, and help maximize sales.

You will process shipments, replenish floors, fulfill eCom orders, and assist with markdowns and merchandising while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some stockroom or inventory experience, a fashion sense, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6 months stockroom/inventory experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on teammate with proactive approach.
• Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are assets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
