Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Operations Associate to support store teams by maintaining stockroom organization, processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, fulfilling eCom orders, and assisting with merchandising. You will help optimize inventory, drive sales, and uphold brand presentation while delivering a responsive, friendly shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of experience as stockroom associate or inventory management, preferably in retail.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Passion for organization and details.
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on teammate with proactive approach to tasks.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices and computer skills are an asset.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store team to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization.
• Manage inventory through shipment processing and stock replenishment.
• Process eCom orders and assist with merchandising to uphold brand visuals.
• Support markdowns and inventory controls.
• Contribute to a positive shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
