Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store moving and the vibe strong. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh.

From E‑commerce orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless customer experience. You’re detail‑oriented, proactive, and a team player who embraces a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and keep inventory moving.
