Job summary

At Home is seeking a Team Member to support all store operations, front-end service, freight, and merchandising while upholding company standards designed to drive sales.

As a Team Member, you will handle cashier duties, assist customers, unload and stock freight, maintain store appearance, and participate in store recovery and housekeeping. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Clear verbal and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior.

Responsibilities

• Support all store operations including front-end, freight, and merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
• Unload, process, and stock freight following merchandising guidelines.
• Conduct store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks.
• Complete daily/weekly workload efficiently and on-time.
• Actively contribute to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Other duties as needed.
