Job summary

At Home is seeking a Team Member to support all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and help maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes meet company standards designed to drive sales.

The Team Member will perform cashier and front-end duties, unload and stock freight, and participate in daily housekeeping and store recovery while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and concise communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. or 100 lbs with team lift.
• Reliability and trustworthiness with ethical behavior.
• Multitasking and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and follow company directives and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a customer-focused environment.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Unload, process, and stock freight per store guidelines.
• Carry out store recovery, housekeeping, and floor maintenance tasks.
• Participate in safety, inventory control, and loss prevention efforts.
