Job summary

At Home is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to support store operations, front-end, freight, and merchandising, upholding company standards to drive sales. The role involves vigorous lifting, stocking, and moving around a warehouse-format store.

The Team Member will deliver friendly customer service, perform cashier duties when assigned, ensure accuracy of transactions, and maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without assistance; team lifting of 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and climb as needed.
• Able to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude with urgency and accuracy in following company directives.
• Provide excellent customer service within a customer-focused environment.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Process freight, sort, stock products, and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks.
• Complete daily/weekly workload efficiently and on time.
• Contribute to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Adhere to all other duties based on business needs.
• Open availability.
