Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
• The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive attitude, works with urgency, and follows company directives and procedures.
• Delivers a customer-focused environment with excellent service.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
• Processes freight, goods, and stocking according to store guidelines.
• Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Completes daily/weekly workloads on time and efficiently.
• Contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Other duties as needed.
