Job summary

At Home is seeking a part-time Team Member to support all store operations, including front-end service, cashier duties, freight processing, and merchandising. This role requires enthusiasm for lifting, stocking, and maintaining the store to company standards while delivering a high-contact shopping experience.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction and daily store success by working with urgency, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Clear and concise communication with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and reach/bend as needed.
• Able to work independently or in a team with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and follow company policies accurately and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service in a front-end environment.
• Perform cashier duties and front-end transactions efficiently.
• Process freight, stock products, and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Handle store recovery, housekeeping, and conditioning tasks.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks on time and as assigned.
• Contribute to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Perform other duties as needed to support store operations.
• Maintain open availability for scheduling.
