Job summary

Rock Hall in Cleveland is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to keep our ecommerce and retail operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. This role focuses on data integrity across product data, POs, and invoices, with hands-on duties in ecommerce and inventory management.

You will manage product images, activations, and SEO updates, create and reconcile purchase orders, and coordinate with warehouse for samples.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong data entry skills with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).
• Willingness to learn e-commerce or PO systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Support: upload product images, activations, and SEO updates; ensure items go live on schedule.
• Buying Support: create/manage POs, track status, process/vendor invoices, reconcile with POs.
