Rowe Furniture is seeking a highly organized Merchandising Operations Coordinator to support our Merchandising and Showroom Design teams. The role focuses on coordination, accuracy, organization, and execution within a fast-paced, creative environment.

The position entails managing order entry, product and sample tracking, new SKU information, and cross-team communication among Merchandising, Showroom Design, Purchasing, and manufacturing. Proactive follow-through is essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track market and showroom orders from request to delivery.
• Maintain accurate order information and communicate changes to teams.
• Coordinate merchandise, samples, and materials for markets and showroom setups.
• Keep sample libraries organized and current across fabrics, finishes, and materials.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Merchandising and Showroom Design.
