Job summary

OxyGo LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a meticulous Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Industrial Division. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to keep orders moving and information accurate.

The role combines sales support, ERP coordination in NetSuite, purchasing and sourcing, plus trade show and marketing support, with growth opportunities as you learn our product lines.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes and assist with requests by phone and email.
• Support sales representatives with customer needs and follow-up.
• Research products, pricing, availability, specifications, and lead times.
• Maintain customer and sales information and generate sales reports.
• Help keep the sales team organized and focused on business development.
• Create and maintain product data in NetSuite and support new product setup.
• Help coordinate trade shows, logistics, and promotional materials.
