Rock Hall of Fame is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to keep our retail operations running smoothly, focusing on accurate data across the ecommerce platform, purchase orders, and reconciling invoices with POs and shipments to catch discrepancies before they become problems.

It’s a highly detail-oriented, cross-functional role ideal for someone looking to build a foundation across multiple sides of the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
• Experience or willingness to learn ecommerce or PO systems.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Support: upload images, assist activations, and update SEO for listings.
• Buying Support: create/manage POs, track status, and process invoices.
• Sample Management: coordinate samples with warehouse for photoshoots.
• General: support other retail projects and cross-functional tasks.
