Job summary

The Rock Hall is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to keep our retail operations running smoothly, focusing on accurate data across the ecommerce platform and purchase orders.

You will reconcile invoices with POs and shipments, assist with product activations and SEO, and collaborate with buying, ecommerce, finance and warehouse teams to keep data clean and processes on schedule. This entry point into retail operations offers exposure to buying, ecommerce, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, including written and oral.
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to catch small errors in large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Upload and organize product images on the ecommerce platform.
• Create and manage purchase orders; review and process vendor invoices.
• Coordinate samples with warehouse for photoshoots as needed.
• Support other retail projects and initiatives as needed.
