Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an associate at TJ Maxx in Turlock, CA to support receiving, merchandising, and daily operations. You will help maintain a clean, organized store, train Associates, and ensure a superior customer experience while adhering to safety and company policies.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills. Prior retail and leadership experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing and excellent customer experience.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment; maintain signage and cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles; monitor productivity.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management; ensure safety and compliance.
• Support credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction efforts.
