Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. through TJ Maxx in Chino, CA, is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a high-quality shopping experience. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and help keep the store clean and organized, supporting store goals and company policies.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to learn merchandising, loss prevention, and associate programs, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Modeling and upholding customer experience practices with customers.
• Promoting credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Merchandise processing and preparation for the sales floor.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and recovery standards.
• Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe store environment.
• Supporting loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
