Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and handle cash/change procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and procedures on the sales floor.
• Prepare merchandise for display according to company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Contribute to safety, shrink reduction, and loss prevention goals.
• Support associates and supervisors as needed.
• Adapt to store needs and when directed by management.
