HomeGoods in Burbank is seeking a customer-focused associate to support everyday store operations. You will ring purchases, manage returns, and promote credit/loyalty programs while maintaining merchandising standards and a clean, safe sales floor.

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Maintains safety and adheres to policies while guarding shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
