FoundRae in Miami seeks an Operations Coordinator, Retail to ensure accurate completion of client orders, manage inventory, and maintain packaging stock. You will coordinate engraving and liaise with sales and fulfillment teams to keep orders moving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school degree; college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in order management and inventory tracking.
• Proficiency with PC/Mac and advanced Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders between internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Work with jewelers to prioritize orders and coordinate engravings.
• Validate product details and quality before processing.
• Process orders with the sales team and maintain quality checklists.
• Log returns, monitor unfulfilled work orders, and track inventory movements.
• Manage shipping, packaging, and supplies; ensure accurate documentation.
