Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to lift heavy objects.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates process merchandise efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as needed; organize back stock for replenishment.
• Promote safety, compliance with labor laws, and loss prevention programs.
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and related initiatives.
