Job summary

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to train others. Prior retail experience with leadership is preferred, and you will help maintain stock and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, and stock organization.
• Communicate with management to prioritize workflows.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
