You’ll work with team members to keep the store clean, organized, and efficient. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to schedule changes, and commitment to customer service. Relevant retail experience and leadership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to keep stock ready for sale.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintains store organization.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
