Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and engages customers.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth operations.
• Supports store safety, policies, and procedures.
