Job summary

Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking a Retail Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across our Intercourse, PA locations. The role focuses on preparing communications, tracking projects, and assisting with scheduling, reimbursements, and store-level initiatives to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Sales and Merchandising.
• Prepare communications, meeting materials, reports, presentations, and other resources.
• Track projects, deadlines, action items, and follow up with store managers.
• Support special projects and company initiatives through research and coordination.
• Process reimbursements, petty cash, maintenance requests, and records.
• Assist with employee scheduling, including templates and weekly schedules.
• Support day-to-day retail operations and store-level initiatives across locations.
• Assist with merchandising audits, planograms, and product placement.
• Help implement merchandising plans and store standards.
• Support store managers and retail teams to enhance guest experience.
• Perform all other related duties as required.
