Job summary

Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, PA is seeking a Facilities Support Associate. You will clean restrooms, common areas, offices, and grounds, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This hands-on role requires independence, dependability, and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Typical hours are daytime, 30–40 hours weekly, with overtime as needed. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience: Cleaning experience.
• Work 30–40 hours per week, overtime may be required.
• Frequent Saturdays and occasional holidays.
• Stand/walk up to eight hours per day.
• Lift 10–50 pounds; climb, balance, carry, push, pull, crouch, reach.
• Work from ladders when necessary.
• Operate golf carts and tractors when needed.
• Indoor/outdoor work in varying temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public restrooms, floors, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Restock paper products, soap, sanitizers, and supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and detail-clean assigned areas.
• Empty trash cans and keep grounds free of litter.
• Clean breakrooms, offices, and common areas as scheduled.
• Assist with moving items for Village shops and other projects.
• Support seasonal needs including snow and ice removal.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Build positive guest and team member relationships.
