Job summary

CB2 is seeking an Operations Associate in Seattle to uphold stockroom efficiency and support the salesfloor. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you’ll ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory, and well-presented displays while upholding store policies.

You’ll collaborate with the store team, learn relevant systems, and contribute to safety, loss prevention, and customer service. A positive attitude, multitasking, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Retail experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Stock products and displays on the sales floor for customers.
Receive and process shipments, including curbside pickup and ship-from-store.
Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
Conduct prompt and accurate stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
Greet customers and respond to questions, escalating as needed to management.
Maintain store safety and loss prevention guidelines.
Collaborate with Sales, Visual Merchant and management to maintain the floor and seasonal changes.
Inform team of new items, overages or shortages and merchandise condition.
