Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support teammates and guests to foster an inclusive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training including brand and category education.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished and tester availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas including sales floor and backroom.
• Protect company assets with loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
