Job summary

Ulta Beauty in California is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks to support sales goals.

You will follow Ulta Beauty policies, participate in training, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time associates are eligible for benefits and competitive pay in the stated hourly range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
