Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence in support of sales drivers. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks to support the MM and OM through a focus on performance, people, and process.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and flexible scheduling to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma and 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through a focus on performance, people, and process.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
