Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role maintains stocked fixtures, cleanliness, and executes tasks under the supervision of the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, emphasizing performance, people, and process.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of related experience, with basic technology skills for POS systems and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for tasks, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and support an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Keep the work area replenished, signed, faced, and ensure testers are available.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention practices and exceptional guest service.
