Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep merchandise stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting salesfloor. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with dashboards, compliance, and efficient processes.

The role requires flexibility for early shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. High school diploma preferred; 1 year of related experience is a plus. POS proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales and guest experiences.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational tasks, replenishment, testing, signing, and facing of products.
