Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations across departments.
• Assist in enforcing compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy, shrink and standards execution.
• Reinforce accountability with department managers.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and team coordination.
• Support inventory control, receiving, merchandising and operations.
• Maintain strong customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Flag operational risks to the Store Manager.
• Help maintain branch organization and readiness.
